Minecraft PE is a Minecraft game for the Mobile devices. This game has two modes, Survival and Creative. In Survival mode you gather resources to  fight monsters and farm plants and animals. In creative mode you use different kinds of block to build almost anything you want. I give this 4 out of 5 stars. By Nick Starceski. for Ipad/ iPhone 

Mega Man 2

mega man 2 is a mega man game for the wii u virtual console and 3Ds virtual console. This game has you defeating Dr. wily and his 8 new robot masters. once you defeat one robot master you get his weapon which another robot master is weak to. There are two modes in this game, normal and difficult. This is a good Mega Man game for beginners as the normal mode isn't too hard, but isn't easy either. You can also collect special items called E Tanks which can heal you from the pause menu. This is a great classic Mega Man game. I give this 4.5 stars out of 5 stars. By Nick Starceski. Nintendo direct of june 11th

At the nintendo direct this morning they announce a lot of video game news. First off they announced a new type of pokemon, the fairy type. then they announced two new mario games, super mario 3D world and mario kart 8. They also released a video for super smash bros 4, that showed the two new characters villager, from animal crossing, and Mega Man. In this video Mega Man appeared to be very strong. They also announced a new donkey kong country  title.By Nick Starceski

Mega Man X

Mega Man X is a Wii U virtual console game. This game has you playing has Mega Man X as he defeats the evil Maverick robots. your controls at the beginning of the game are moving forward and backward, jumping and shooting X's laser gun. X can also cling to walls, jump off of them and charge up his laser. This is a very hard game but the restore points make it a lot easier. X can also get upgrades that give better armor, speed, and laser power. The story of this game is that after Mavericks(evil robots with free will) started a war with humans, Mega Man X and Maverick hunter Zero stepped in to stop them. I give this 4.5 out of 5 stars. Bad piggies update of may

Bad piggies has recently had an update with new levels and parts for your vehicles.  One new part is the suction cup wheel which allows you to drive up some of the walls in the game. The part is the punch block which sends a punching glove in the direction that the block is pointing. By Nick Starceski

Cut The Rope Time Travel

Cut The Rope Time Travel is a Cut The Rope game where you feed two Om Noms. The story is that Om Nom is eating his candy when they get sucked into a time machine and meet his viking ancestor. In addition to feed two Om Noms, there are also new features like chains, which can only be cut with blades. each set of levels are different time periods and have you feeding different ancestors. It is interesting to see what happens when one candy hits another. This is another fun Cut The Rope game and maybe the best yet. I give this 5 out of 5 stars. By Nick Starceski. Luigi's Mansion Dark Moon

Luigi's Mansion Dark Moon is a Luigi game where you use the Poltergust 5000 to capture ghosts. To capture a ghost you must first stun it by using the A button to hit it with the strobulb, then suck it into the Poltergust 5000 by holding the R button. Sometimes there will be invisible objects that must be uncovered with the dark light devise. The story of Luigi's Mansion Dark Moon is that professor E.Gadd was studying the Dark Moon, an object that makes the ghosts of Evershade Vally friendly, when it is destroyed by a mysterious force, making the ghosts go hostile again. So the professor contacts Luigi, tell him he needs help, and sucks him threw the television. One of the great things about this game is Luigi's facial express and his clumsiness. He screams at every ghost encounter, his flashlight shakes in his hands, and sometimes he fears get in of stopping ghosts from taking special items. This is great game and i hope every game in The Year of Luigi is as good as this one. I give this 5 out of 5 stars. By Nick Starceski. For the 3DS   

LEGO City Undercover

LEGO City Undercover  is an open world Lego game that doesn't have levels like past LEGO games. Say you need to go somewhere, in this game you will drive there or walk there, unlike other Lego games. The story revolves around police officer Chase McCain, as he returns to LEGO city to catch his old foe Rex Fury, who just escaped from jail. while looking for Rex Fury, Chase will have to use different disguises that each have there own abilities. For example Burglar Chase can open locked doors and safes. There is also a lot of humor in the game from Chase's idiot sidekick Frank Honey to the goofy things characters during the game. Get the pokemon Meloetta

Until March 22 you can get the legendary Pokemon Meloetta at Gamestop. This pokemon will be level 50 and knows the moves Psychic, close combat, round, and teeter dance. If you go to the cafe on narrow street in castelia city and talk to the man with the guitar, meloetta can learn relic song. Relic song will change meloetta's form and type for the extent of the battle. By Nick Starceski

Skylanders Giants Wii U version

Skylanders Giants for the Wii U is mostly the same as the Wii version, but with improved graphics, and works with the game. The game pad allows you to view your skylanders' stat or your progress in the level. On a side note, if you have been have trouble with your skylanders, it might be the portal itself that is broken, so you might need a new one. I rate this 5 out of 5 stars. By Nick Starceski.

Game announcement

Then next Skylanders game has recently been announced. It is called Skylanders Swap Force. It seems you will be able to swap out the tops and bottoms of Skylanders. By Nick Starceski UPDATE on the Skylanders website they announced there would be 16 swap force Skylanders, 16 new Skylanders, 8 lightcore Skylanders and 16 returning Skylanders.

Book Review of The Legend of Zelda: Hyrule Historia

I've recently received my copy of The Legend of Zelda: Hyrule Historia. This book is jam packed with info about the series and has a lot of Beautiful artwork and pictures. It explains The Legend of Zelda Time line, gives tons of info about the newest Zelda game, Skyward Sword, and has artwork from the series. If You're a Legend of Zelda fan, or just want to learn about the series, than this is for you. I give this 5 out of 5 stars .By Nick Starceski  

Angry Birds Space Update

Angry Birds Space has recently had an update. This update features underwater levels. Like in Angry Birds Seasons, when you shoot birds into the water then come back up, but green and black birds don't float. Also when purple birds have their targets they will fly in that direction. Pudding Monsters

Pudding Monsters is a game by the people who made Cut The Rope. In it you has slide pudding monsters into each other to make bigger pudding monsters. But The only way pudding monsters stop from sliding off the screen is if they run into something, so there is strategy involved. There are also different types of monsters, like the slime one, which leaves a path that other monsters stop on. This is a very fun and entertaining game. I give this 5 out of 5 stars. The New Pokemon game announcement

If your a fan of Pokemon then you probably heard about the Pokemon Direct. The Pokemon Direct Announced 2 new Pokemon games, Pokemon X and Pokemon Y. These games will introduce brand new Pokemon, but so far only 5 have been reveled, and 3 named. These 3 were the starting Pokemon, Chespin(a grass type), Fennekin (a fire type), and Froakie(a water type). These games will be for the 3DS and the 2 other Pokemon reveled appear to be the main legendary Pokemon of the games.UPDATE The Pokemon website has announce the names of the two legendary Pokemon. The flying Y-shaped Pokemon is called Yveltal and the elk-like X-shaped Pokemon is called Xerneas. I think these will be the main Pokemon of the games. By Nick Starceski.

Plants Vs Zombies

I've decided to celebrate my 50th post with a truly fun game. Plants Vs Zombies is a game where you plant plants to defend your house from zombies. There are many different types of plants but to plant them you have spend sunlight which you get from the sky(in daytime levels) and from sunflowers. Your main plants are ones that attack the foes, like peashooters. But you'll need defense too, that's where plants like Wall-nuts come in. Some block enemies from getting into your house for a little while, and others instantly kill foes. Unfortunately for you, zombies have variety too. Some summon other zombies and a few ride giant lawnmowers. You can only bring a certain number of plants into battle at a time, but you can buy extra slots from Crazy Dave for in game money. Paper Mario Sticker Star

Paper Mario Sticker Star is a Paper Mario game where you use Stickers as weapons against enemies. This game kicks off at the sticker fest, a celebration of the sticker comet. But then Bowser tries to steal the sticker comet and accidentally breaks it into several "Royal" stickers which scatter across the land, one of which he uses to kidnap princess peach. So Mario and his new friend Kersti set of to save sticker comet. Stickers are the attacks in this game but the main types of stickers are jumps and hammers.  You'll find them scattered about and you'll be able to buy some. You will also find super tough giant stickers and "things" which you can turn into giant stickers. Also when you touch an enemy, you will enter battle. This game has plenty of humor, too mostly because every thing is made of paper. For example, when you are finding toads to unroll town square, one is crumpled up in the trash. LEGO Lord of The Rings

HAPPY NEW YEAR!LEGO Lord of Rings is a LEGO game based off of the Lord of The Rings movies. Like in the movies, you set off in hopes of destroying the one ring and defeating the Dark Lord Sauron. To do this you take control of characters Such as Frodo, Sam and Aragorn. There are different versions of each character that have different abilities, so ones you find later in the game are often better. But this game is a bit on the short side(like this blog post!).
